If so how does it make you feel? Has it improved your mh? I eat alot of meat so im thinking of going vegetarian then maybe vegan gonna give it a go for a week to begin with then see.
I eat very little meat. I’ve spent years at a time with no meat. I feel better the less meat I eat. I still want my mom’s cooking though and she used meat.
Im kind of doing it for ethical reasons as well since we are all animals and health.
I did a pescatarian diet for quite awhile and it was good. Fish and seafood allowed. I also still used dairy products and eggs.
I used to be vegan. It’s possible to be really healthy as a vegan but you can also be really unhealthy. If all you eat is pasta and chips, it’s no good for you. But with whole grains, beans, legumes, fruits and veggies it’s very good for you. I ate lots of healthy foods as a vegan so I felt really good.
Does it help with schiz?
I was a vegan for 10 years. It surely made me appreciate meat when I went back to eating it. While I was a vegan, my weight stabilized for the first time in my adult life.
It didn’t stop people from following and recording me. It didn’t stop the messages I receive from crows and bunnies. It didn’t stop my religious ideology. So no, it didn’t. But it was great for my physical health
My father is eating fish and eggs at the moment but no other meats he was vegan but he missed those two items the most.
Are you still experiencing these things? im sorry to hear that.
I always been veggie so its never been different however I do try to eat healthy…
I was pescatarian for a while (where you can eat fish)
and I really loved it, but I lived in a rural area where fresh and diverse veggies were not a priority and asking for the vegetarian option at a restaurant may as well have been followed by “… And a million dollars, please”
So I developed severe vitamin deficiency and was forced to return to meats
I am…not by free choice though. My body sort of forced me to. Gastritis, an alpha-gal allergy Or something to that effect and food allergies/intolerances. I started off vegan. It isn’t easy but it definitely made a huge difference in my health. I have fibromyalgia and my chronic pain symptoms greatly improved. Happy side note…I lost 67lbs in a year; I went from a size 16 to a 4. I make sure I eat plenty of healthy foods that give me iron, B12, etc. Now I am more of a no-soy, no-dairy pescatarian.
If One Eats Smaller Portions (Of Veggies & Fruits), Can One Be Healthy, Maintaining High Energy Level?.

I was raised vegetarian from birth. Started to eat meat around 12/13 yrs old. I was a super healthy kid.
I have been vegan for a year now.
I take vegan supplements.
I’m very happy to be on a vegan diet for the animals and environment.
I left My family to become vegan.
I miss them.
But I don’t want someone telling me I can’t go vegan.
So why become vegan by Sandra kimler is a great book you should read.
I had a vegetarian New York steak for dinner last night and two scrambled vegetarian eggs. I don’t want to brag but I was proud of myself for eating so healthy.
Veganism is the best. I am an attempting vegan. Lol. Its hard work to be a healthy vegan as opposed to a vegan who eats processed vegan stuff.
7 years vegan 666/999
I don’t eat meat or eggs or milk.
