developed arthritis in my right knee now…have to be tender on it when I step on my right leg…walk slow and careful…can’t bend my knee all the way or it really hurts…

So sorry to hear that.

My mom has arthritis in her right hip and she needed a hip replacement surgery last year. She says the surgery stopped her pain and helped her walk better.

I’m starting to walk like an old man too and I don’t even have arthritis

Yeah, I started walking like an old man a couple of years ago. I got arthritis in my back. I would be afraid to try and run, I haven’t run in about 3 or 4 years, I don’t know if I can do it anymore.
