I have arthritis in my lower back and the pain is debilitating. Today I used my walking cane for the first time. I now have to walk at a much slower and it’s taking me much longer to get to places which is very frustrating.
I hate feeling like this

Getting old is grand.
I almost never went to the doctor before my 40’s. I’m 51 now and I almost might as well as to set up a tent in the hallway of my clinic and sleep there during certain periods.
