I had to get an appointment today with my doctor. The pain in both of my knees is too much. I’ve been doing everything they said to do.

I don’t have it … Yet.
I can feel there’s something slightly wrong with my left knee though. So I imagine that’s going to get worse.

I have it in both needs, confirmed by my ortho. Im 38. I already had surgery in my right knee 2 1/2 years ago to clean up all the debre in there. I already need it again. Im doing 6 weeks PT right now, and then theyll go in there and shift my kneecap 20° and clean up all the debre again. They discussed a partial knee replacement, but they think im too young so theyre going to try and move the kneecap first. Im not looking forward to another surgery but i hope it fixes all this pain.

I’m probably going down the path of surgery. I guess by the time I’m 50. I’m 42 now. Idk. I just can’t stand the pain.

My knees are bone on bone. I need knee replacement surgery but can’t get it until my BMI is under 38… I’m at 41.4 right now. A lifetime of being overweight has caused this, I’m scared of having the surgery, tho…

I have osteoarthritis thru out my body it is quite irritating.

Doc only did one knee. She stuck a big ass needle in my knee which surprisingly it only hurts when she hit bone. it’s cold and rainy here.
