Weight loss update

I guess I need to figure out some ways for fixing the water retention as it is fluctuating between 2-6 pounds but just not going down more than that.

I read somewhere that Abilify keeps the blood sugar high - so maybe this is a reason.

I feel much lighter - just not sure why the fat is just stored like that.

I have been exercising for a while now and love it. Hopefully I still will for the years ahead. So slowly I am very optimistic that I will reach my goal as I have not been eating much at all since January.

Keep up the good work!! I’m losing weight much too slowly for my liking. I was losing about 1 lb per week and had lost 3 lbs but then I went on spring break and ate a bunch of crap…so I am too scared to check my weight again now in case I ruined my progress.

It is amazing last time I wrote this was in March and now a month ahead, I have been only maintaining my weight by eating so much less =(

It is 4 pm and all I had today was cashew milk with coffee and a handful of potato chips. =(

You eat potato chips no wonder you aren’t losing fat.

A handful of chips won’t make her fat, you can eat junk food and still lose weight u just need to be at a caloric deficit.

You can get a flux with weight loss as the fat gets turned to muscle so no actual weight is lost. Best way is to measure your waist line

If you eat junk food, you will look like junk. Take it from a guy who actually works out.

Dude. I ate 50-60 calories of chips in one day.

I work out too BTW. Lecture someone else.

I read that it’s good to have bad foods every so often as it shocks the metabolism! :slight_smile: as long as you’re running at a calorie defecit for the day, you can pretty much each what you want!

Healthy, organic, natural foods make a huge difference on your energy levels and your body. What she is actually doing assuming she is actually eating so little calories is that she is “damaging” her metabolism. But I am done lecturing her, I will leave her weight be.

Cause you are probably severely overweight, to the point of being obese and have no standards for yourself of actually maintaining a healthy life style and a low body fat percentage.

Good luck having a pot belly and high cholesterol, high body fat % and high blood pressure years down the road.

I just have filled up a Pula-Pula (it’s a huge balloon toy for kids) and I hope I have lost some weight by doing that lol.

It’s good to see that you’re exercising. I started a diet, but then stopped it, but I’m eating much less. I’ll weigh myself tomorrow to see if I lost some weight.

I hope you achieve your objectives with weight loss.

I weigh 180 pounds I’m far from obese nice try though, go take ur anger out in the gym or something lol.
