I started not to long ago at 212 lbs and now I’m 206 lbs I’m proud of myself… Today hasn’t been productive and my food intake hasn’t been according to my gluten free diet today but I am under on my calorie count though
Good job! Your diet won’t be perfect everyday. It’s great that you stayed in your alotted calories for the day. You can do this!

Wow thats is great, i am so jealous. i wish i was that weight. im 260 now but i realize i shouldnt be worried about my weight too much. Just workout to stay healthy and eat a healthy diet. I rather burn fat and build muscle at the same time thats my goal now.
Twialine, do you avoid sugar? Things like junk food and sugary drinks. I hate sugar but I drink soda. Remeron caused most of my weight gain.
@roxanna I normally don’t but I came home from the hospital thirsty And hungry so we stopped by KFC and got me a sandwich and Sprite

Most dieters make the same mistake. They lose a few pounds so reward themselves with food. Usually food that isn’t on the diet. And gain back a couple pounds. Dr. Atkins warned about that.
