I lost another lb today! I was looking at my face in the mirror and I don’t have a single zit or micro zit and I’ve been struggling with micro zits for a very long time! It’s finally gone! I’m happy and feeling better than ever today! I still have depressed days but they are further and further apart!

Ive been a bit of track lately eating too much junk food. But just got back from the supermarket with a huge hiking pack full of veges and fruit. Trying to adhere to a while food plant based diet :slight_smile:

Losing 6 lbs is definitely a solid start, and it’s great that you’re already feeling less bloated and more energized. I know how good it feels to see changes like that, especially when others notice too. It’s cool that you’ve been able to get out and walk Oscar—that’s always a good way to keep things moving.
