Weighed myself today. Lost 0.5kg (approx 1 pound). That’s 16.5 pounds so far (7.5kg).
I’m eating enough calories to lose 0.25kg a week according to my app. But I always seem to lose a bit more than that.
Losing weight slowly via calorie counting seems to be working. I don’t find it difficult (so far).

Good job dude! I remember a month or so ago where you stalled out a little and didn’t lose, kind of discouraged.

Yes, I hit a plateau. But it’s starting going down again. I didn’t change anything.

I went down from 290 to 268lb using 5 calories noodles but then during Christmas party I ate a lot and never went back on my diet again.

I’m really happy for you.
Slow weight loss is the best for me too.
I aim for o. 3 kg per week.
It’s good on the body that way too.
Gives the body sufficient time to adjust to the changing body composition
