I lost the 15lb by skipping breakfast and just having a protein bar with coffee for breakfast. Been 1-2 months. I don’t feel hungry in the morning for some reason. I feel the most hungry between 12-5pm.

I’m eating a 1200 calorie per day diet. Almost every day, I have homemade old fashioned oats for breakfast. Once in a while I have a protein bar instead

How long did you take to lose that much weight

I started a 1200 calorie diet on 1 July, but I only lost 600g a week for the first few weeks and then it stopped working. It is tough going eating that little, so well done @LilyoftheValley !

Now I started a keto diet and eat just over 1500 calories a day and the weight is dropping off me. Probably too fast in fact! I lost 2kg in 6 days! I only have 2.5 kg to go until I am an ideal weight.

Staying in ketosis has been easy and have urine strips daily. Bacon and eggs for breakfast is lush.

This so far has been the best weight loss and diet possible for me.

I was 135lb with a low fat low carb high protein diet. It worked the best for me.

@labratmat, I’m very overweight which is why I’m losing so fast. Once I get my weight down a little more, my weight loss will slow down. Good job on the keto diet. It sounds perfect for you

Thanks @crimby!

That’s very interesting @SkinnyMe. Not sure why you didn’t lose on 1200 calories. Seems strange to me but I believe you. Everyone’s body is different.

Congratulations, it’s very hard. Since March 2020 when the pandemic started, I gained a total of 18lbs.

I stopped all exercise and ate so much food.
