I’m going to post my weight loss journey here so I don’t annoy everyone posting it in the say anything thread lol

Anyways- here’s my dinner, ground turkey breast patty, rice and yellow squash with onions! So freakin good, probably helps that I haven’t eaten much today.

I’m not sure…. I’m not counting calories, I’m doing weight watchers :sweat_smile: so it’s all based on points

I just started weight watchers yesterday and I’m already down 2 pounds… probably just bloating going away🤷‍♀️

Anyways, I’ll post how much I’ve lost in a week next Tuesday!
