So this is me recently. Actually I’m fatter but too ashamed to post that.

Mae, I really can’t see where you are overweight at all. You look nice and healthy to me and it would appear your cleaning job keeps you nice and trim.

Thing is I actually am clinically overweight heading towards obese.

This photo is actually a month or so ago.

Sometimes I think those weight charts do more harm than good. You look a good weight Mae, a few extra kilos wouldn’t hurt you either.

I know that none of us will change your mind though.

We will agree to disagree. No one will be able to convince you otherwise. I should be the one joining this challenge as I have put on 20 kgs since starting Rexulti but I am too lazy or too depressed to stop eating right now.

I don’t see a fat stomach at all. You are a very beautiful young lady. Just embrace it.

I gained almost 4 lbs. recently since decreasing my Risperdal Consta dose. So, I am joining this thread. Even though I am technically not overweight.

I’m currently plateaued. Frustrating. I will just keep doing what I’m supposed to be doing and trust that I will push past it.

Edit: Mae, I’m on MyFitnessPal. Would be happy to friend you there if you are too.

Taking a break for a few days from walking/running. My knees need to heal since I’ve been at it for more than a month. Weight will go up but I can shed the fat later as New Year’s inches closer. Plateau’s do really suck.

I’m on the keto diet. I lost 3 pounds but gained 1.5 pounds back so idk.

The point of a diet is to eat less, less calories. The point of keto diet is to make you less hungry so you eat less. My mother lost lots of weight on keto because she eats much less. If you don’t eat less calories you will never lose weight.

I’m actually eating a lot more than before, but the foods I eat are not calorie dense now.
