You look fine, but i get it. I’m trying to lose some weight too. I remember when I was vegan I could eat whatever I wanted and still be skinny, so you might want to try that. I’ve gained 20 pounds since I stopped being vegan so I have to get to the gym and eat better. Good luck. I know it’s tough.
I lost 1kg today after going to the bathroom.
2.2lbs of urine & feces. That’s a lot of waste. The most weight I have lost in one day is 9.0lbs or 4kg but that was mostly water loss from sweat, perspiration, body heat and breathing. Not to mention I had not gone to the bathroom when I weighed myself until the late evening.
I’ve cut most sugar out of my diet and haven’t had a soda since Xmas. Accordingly I’m down 4kgs but still a ways to go. It’s hard work but doing ok with things whilst still eating pretty well. I need to be a little more disciplined but I’m getting there.
I’m 6"2 195. Maybe 8 months ago I was about 220
I’m in the fat club for life though
I lost 100 pounds (45kg). Over the last couple months I gained 2.5 pounds. My husband and I are going to recommit to restricting calories again after the super bowl. Just until I’m back to the lower weight

I have to drink a lot of water to get my food down because my throat is constricted and I mean A LOT of water but I’m full after eating just a little. Now if I can cut out the sweets and exercise more I’ll lose.
I lost 25 pounds excessively speedwalking in a month when I was manic last winter. I was doing 8 to 15km speed walks at like midnight daily lol in the pouring rain too.
I Gainz it all back though. I didn’t really need to lose it anyway.

How much gym will u do?
I joined one but going to cancel now because it’s so effortful n I get self conscious
I will jog instead 10 minutes daily
And do some body weight excercise at home on a yoga mat

Yea sweets are a real culprit in this, and fizzy drinks
No for real, I am almost 300lb and I eat at least 700g portions plus 2-3 cups of water (500-750g).
The food you can eat on keto is good but I binge regardless so that doesn’t help. But I keep trying. One day I’ll get it right
I wish I had a pizza right now, pizza or sushi. Mmmmm!
I stopped being vegan because it makes it hard to hang out with people when they have to cater to your dietary restrictions. If everyone else was vegan I would try it again. Maybe if I moved somewhere like San Francisco it would work, but as of right now I don’t think so. Give it a chance though. You might like it. And I generally go to the gym for an hour at a time. Last year when I was in a bad place I would work out for 3 hours at a time. Not good. Now I feel a lot better, but I am also a lot fatter
@Jinx, why is your throat constricted?
