Weight- 272 lbs

Diet- Breakfast- 4 Eggs

Lunch- Yogurt, Fruit

Dinner- Veggie Burger on wheat bagel

Throughout the day cereal, bananas, walnuts.

Exercise- 30 minutes walking a couple days a week

Supplements- Meta Mucil

weight 167 target weight 155

diet- pre workout meal blueberry or cherry smoothie 1 cup granola

post workout meal- large salad with/ olive oil and 4oz salmon or large salad with olive oil and rice and beans

snack- sunflower seeds (vit e)

tea throughout the day

exercise 5 days a week m-f - stretching 1hour, cardio (heavy bag, stationary bike, jump rope) 1 hour; lifting upper body one day lower body next 1 hour

supplements- 2 tbsp. fish oil

Good luck Yaz my target weight is either 185 or 220 I can’t decide.

thank you. at my size more important than my weight is my body fat and my body fat % is as high as its ever been…I was 120/lean without meds…now I’ve put on 47 lbs of mostly fat…

you must be a pretty big guy @TheBest, maybe start with 220 and see how you feel.

and good luck to you…walking works, that’s how I got so lean last year, I hiked 10 miles a day without any other exercise

Current weight: 260

Walk one hour a day, M-F.

Breakfast- one slice buttered toast with cinnamon, cup of tea

Snack- rice cake with peanut butter

Lunch- (4Tbs peanut butter, 2 cups spinach, 1 large frozen banana, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 cup yogurt) smoothie, string cheese, handful of pretzels

Dinner- chicken tacos

I was 305 lbs about 2 years ago. I agree that body fat % is really important. I wish I could exercise more. I’ve been 220 lbs with a low body fat. Now if I reach 220 lbs my body fat will still probably be high. I will post pictures if I reach 220 lbs or get close.

I’m in the exact same boat yaz1. I really want to be skinny by the time I go back to college.

Weight= 195lbs-198lbs Target weight= 180lbs
BMI = 29
BF%=22%

Breakfast= whey protein shake, varies
Lunch= 3 eggs & 2 slices of fibre bread, varies
Dinner= rice & canned meat, varies

Exercise= Everyday ~ 30-60 minutes jogging 3.2-7.2km (2.0-4.5miles), S=biceps, M=rest, T=chest, W=back, T=shoulders, F=rest, S=triceps

Supplements- Whey Protein Shake

Diet: Breakfast: Frosted Cheerios, 1 turkey sausage patty, 16 oz Arizona Iced Green Tea

Lunch: Equate Meal Replacement Shake, 1 of these: Lean Cuisine Herb Roasted Chicken or Sriracha Beef or Healthy Choice Beef Merlot

And usually Breyers Coffee flavor ice cream but sometimes iced green tea I brewed myself instead.

Dinner: Usually 2 grilled Chicken Sandwiches made with gf bread, great value smoked chicken breasts, and sweet baby rays bbq sauce.

Different snacks. GF oatmeal, GF granola bars, corn chips, greek yogurt…as long as it adds up to no more than 2,000 calories

Tue, Thu, Sat :Walking or stair stepping and general flexibility
Mon and Fri: Strength Training and brief targeted flexilbility

Last week of every month no exercise for extra recuperation.

Supplements: Creatine HCL before all Strength Training.
Casein powder w/milk before bed on strength days.
Occasionally protein bars

Goal weight- an even fatter ass

Diet- Breakfast- sleeping

Lunch- Two eggs with two mini bagels with cream cheese

Dinner- Roasted veggies with three cheese ranch (I put that shit on everything)

Throughout the day Pudding

Exercise- I had sex
Supplements- too broke for that ■■■■.

I wasn’t very hungry today. Need to start eating more if I want a bubble butt.

I think you looked great at 220 lbs @TheBest. Probably don’t need to go down to 185 lbs, but that’s up to you. Sounds like you’re still doing really well. I think I seriously need to lose a heck of a lot of weight, but me and my girlfriend are nuts about our junk food. I know what I need to do, but I think I’ve just gotten too complacent.

All I know is I’m obese because of meds. The higher the dose, the fatter I get.
