I think I might be hyper-sexual though, like it’s painful trying to withhold it. But not in a blue balls sort of way like a tossing turning sort of way
Don’t feel gross. Never be ashamed of grossed out by your body or needs. I always feel so sad when I see people that are out off by their body’s needs. I don’t mean asexuals, I mean people that feel grossed out by giving themselves pleasure. It’s healthy and natural. The pain sounds like blue balls which can be really uncomfortable for guys. Women can get a form of it, too. It’s from blood rushing in and not getting resolved.

I feel bad when I self simulate. I can’t change that. I try and resist it so badly.

Then you’re going to continue hurting. Maybe you need to discuss this with your therapist so you can overcome the emotions and thoughts making you feel so bad about it.

I think what I’m trying to say is I’d rather do the rompy bumpy in a relationship than self stimulate.

I really don’t think it’s a problem at my end, I try and make it clear that I want a relationship but I haven’t even talked to a women in months maybe even a year, not via lack of trying though. I don’t consider myself horribly unattractive either.

Really to for me and I would imagine the other partner to have a serious relationship at my age it would need to be someone I have a certain amount of rapport with, like grew up/ went to school together, possibly but not necessarily Know their parents.
Dont generalize an entire group of people based off of some bad experiences. Plenty of men are jerks to women too.
