it mixes better if you take the blender ball out.
i will try, but i dont think so
I’m going back on whole milk. some of the protein powders have heavy metals in them, look it up.
it’s easy to overdue it on protein. I follow a couple guys online that get really good results with 50-60grams of protein per day, that’s what im doing. my protein sources are cheese, seeds, peas, and beans. sometimes I cheat on my diet and have a can of salmon.
when I first started lifting they recommended more than that for gaining muscle…like 1gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight, I think it’s just meathead science though.
also I don’t do protein powders anymore, never had much success with them. I used a vegan pea and rice protein when I used them, I would add them to my smoothies. my brother got good results supplementing with a whey protein.
i just take how its prescribed on a box
http://www.cnn.com/2007/HEALTH/diet.fitness/11/14/cl.best.defense/index.html eating the recomended protein is necessary to make white blood cells.
i have chocolate whey protein and i stopped drinking it cos of stomach playing up
I love the taste of protein powder. It’s like a healthy milkshake.
