I don’t have a phone, so some times I would listen to a variety of stored voiceless music or many of my stored nature sounds on my MP3 player. The battery would last at least 8 hours.
If that got boring, I would listen again but be watching TV with the sound muted. It can be interesting what you see when watching TV without the sound. You notice things that you would usually miss.
When I hit the sack, I would be listening to nature sounds as well. Sometimes, instead of using my ear buds, I would plug my headphones in instead, and have the headphones hanging from the head of the bed just behind my head. That made it much easier to fall asleep. Next morning I would recharge the battery.
Anyhow, it blocked out the voices.
You don’t sound upset. But seem to be quietly stating what is happening to you on this forum. IDK maybe you cry at times, but now you seem like you are not overwhelmed. Am I wrong?
im not sure what to consider delusions, when or if i do have voices. its more like a comment or statement…

About 10 years ago I smoked herb with someone who believed they were Satan.
After that I started experiencing the same thing you’ve been going through. It’s confusing because I just wanted some kind of proof that it was all real or it was all false.
I also struggled with the word one, It’s just a common word.
I got somewhat better when I got girlfriend at the time. There’s power in being hugged by someone that cares about you.

Whenever I get scared that something awful could be true, like I’m in hell and no one else is real, the voices push the delusion and make it go on and on.

I had this to all these sycronisitys and sighns that I would get that it was true and crazy delusions of talking to spririts and gods

We have a great high priest in heaven jesus is the way talk to him tonight he listens. your not going to hell god doesnt want anybody to go to hell. What about them born again murderers in jail their going to heaven too, god gives us chance after chance aslong as you confess with your mouth jesus is lord your going to heaven
