Voices are hard to ignore

Voices are way to hard to ignore and get my attention with feelings in my body and head any other ways that I could deal with this

i find it hard to do as well. wish i could help you but i too am lost with this. judy

I did’nt have experience with voices but have intrusive thoughts due to ocd. For that what need to be done is simply not respond to it. If respond to it and do compulsion then it get stronger on the other if not respond and not do compulsion then its get weaker even though thoughts come. Same way try not responding to it. Let it be there and not get affected by it.
