B-2- Gives me slightly more energy

B-1- Don’t really notice anything

Folic Acid (B-9)- Don’t really notice anything, but read about it causing mania.

Niacin (B-3)- Made me really warm, and I felt like I had an allergic reaction.

Turmeric- Makes me use the bathroom more. Seems healthy.

Ginkgo Biloba and Fish Oil- I have weird thoughts then I have a pleasant thought. I think it’s due to these supplements. The pleasant thought is from these supplements.

Peppermint- Helps digestion.

Vitamin E- Don’t really notice anything.

Caralluma- Suppresses appetite

Saffron- Suppresses appetite

White kidney beans- Helps metabolism

Rosemary- Helps me read and have a clear mind

Phosphatidyl Serine- Brain feels healthy. Balances neurotransmitters.

Alpha GPC and CDP Choline combined- I feel a lot smarter. Helps me read.

Acetyl L-Carnitine- More energy and helps focus

Pantothenic Acid(B-5)- Neurotransmitter production.

Vitamin D- Sunlight effects. Felt healthy.

Yerba Matte- Didn’t notice much

Gotu Kola, Bacopa, Ashawagandha- Balances mood. Balances neurotransmitters.

Melatonin- Great sleep aid, but you have to cycle it.

Melissa- Calm feeling, okay sleep aid

Piracetam- Felt a little smarter, nothing amazing

Noopept- Less anxiety, slightly smarter nothing amazing

Ritalin- Really helped with school made me extremely nervous though

I tried smelling salts a couple days ago and it made me manic. It made me want to talk about weird thoughts. If you have schizoaffective disorder I highly advise that you don’t try smelling salts.

I’m going to try L-Theanine and Sarcosine.

L Theanine is a wonder supplement, try pairing it with caffeine. Nicotine and Piracetam go along with it nicely as well.

I highly suggest Bacopa as a natural nootropic and for your mood. Helps with memory as well.

What type of nicotine do you use? I used to smoke and hated myself for it. It’s expensive too.

Lozenges.

Lasts me for around a month.

I used the nicotine patch to quit smoking. It really helped. I’m too afraid to try the lozenges.
