Yes, I know that pdocs tend to be more comfortable with the word “hallucinations”, but I’ve had what seem better described as “visions”, and I’m wondering if anyone else here has too.
Yes, i’ve had visions.
One guy was able to induce one in me once. He was a witch, he said he was a witch after the fact. A black witch he said.
He recited some dark poetry into my eyes, a line was “ill drag you into the darkness”, and as he said it everything began to visually change. The lights darkened slowly and the guy’s appearance began to change. I found myself in a very dark room being stared down by this evil grinning dude missing hair and teeth, it was one of those “im really going to hurt you grins.”
And then he stopped speaking and everything snapped back to normal, thats when he yelled at me that he was a black witch.
I was like gaddamn voldemort is actually real?! Later i found that this very thing was recorded in ancient writings, it’s the same thing that happened with the witch of endor, it was a hallucination/vision in that story.
And then one night i saw a huge tree sized snake made of light, it was very pissed off and stared right at me. Oh yeah, with all of the other stuff that has happened i knew the score.
I have had mental visions as well given to me by them during my disgusting torment/psychosis, like a fanged grinning face looking down on the sunset lit earth, a powerful and evil being looking down on us all. As they threatened me and mauled me nearly to death they showed me that.
the ape devil demon vision hallucination, i thought my ■■■■■ was cut off and the demon was at my privates , a voice rang out in my head ‘’ is this what you want’’
Yes… first one and probably most vivid was when i was a child and saw a fully 3 D buffalo head in my room. At the time it scared me and I ran crying, but I learned years later it was a powerful vision for Native Americans…also at the time i didn’t even know I was part Native, so apparently Wakan Tanka the Great Spirit was trying to let me know something.
I also saw a fully 3D dead person who was buried, but both me and a friend saw him at the same time, as if he was fully 3 D…I saw him twice…then when we turned to go confront him he was gone.
Lots of other stuff along these lines too
This is all spiritual vision stuff and not hallucination

I called what I saw in my mind while delusional “visions”…it was a movie like sequence of interlocking visions so I thought I was right about what the visions were telling me was real. I wrote a book to document what I went through and I call them “visions” in my book. I never hallucinated with my eyes, always I would close my eyes and boom, a vision would go on.

No, it wasn’t interesting at all, it really sucked.
Although if it had been a good thing it would have been amazing, they can induce any vision at all in people, you could be soaring over the grand canyon like an eagle, have a picnic by the sun, float through a galaxy, jump from the top of a red wood, it could be anything.
But this particular happening was just horrible, the vision induced and the words spoken was like eating mold, the feeling of it was sickening.
I think it was a cobra, i think it had the hood that they have.
This was also right round the same time that i was horribly shocked at the exact moment a face made of light appeared, it grinned and had fangs. And this shock was very intense, i would have been on the ground had it continued, it was strong and my entire body jolted and it hurt very much.
Sorry. I meant the ‘witch of Endor’ sounded interesting. Sounds like it’s out of fantasy writing or Shakespeare. But I looked it up + it is from the Bible.
Yeah, but it really happened though and no it’s not really interesting.
It’s about as interesting as a ball of earwax, or a rotten banana.
I did dream about 9/11 before it happened. I was shaken about the dream and then later I turned on the tv and saw the news. CNN, they showed the planes crash into twin towers.
The dream was really scary. I stood on the ground and a white airplane slowly flew just above me and crashed into a building. I heared a thousand souls scream at once and then it became deadly cold and quiet. All I could feel was fear and terror.
It was interesting to me because I didn’t expect that name to be from the bible. Also I like names like that. But you are probably more interested in trading horror stories and magic tricks here in the unusual beliefs section.
No, im not interested in it, it just happened and won’t leave my brain because it’s all been so very horrible.
Trauma, esp. long bouts of trauma kind of stick with me for some reason.
Im not interested in horror at all though, i’ve had plenty.
Same way I dreamed on February 1, 2003…I saw the space shuttle crash site…I even said it looked like pieces of a crashed spaceship… At the time I wasn’t watching news or reading papers so didn’t even know the shuttle was on a mission… I woke up and landlord came downstairs and told me to turn on the news…the shuttle had crashed… I even saw some footage that was the identical place and pieces i had seen in eastern Texas.
I was also on the shuttle in a dream about a week or 10 days before the crash…in that dream the commander told me no one could go out for a space walk… I later learned that was true because they didn’t have the equipment for space walks on that mission…again, a very accurate dream.
i can have visions on que, i just need to think about something and then picture it in my mind, i also can have visions in my dreams but the hallucinations are very rare and have only happened whilst highly symptomatic and usually just before i am hospitalised.
I’m glad you know how to defend yourself.

Yep. Sometimes when my eyes are closed I will see vivid images lit up against the black. The other day I saw the outline of my grandfather’s head and there was some sort of blockage in it. I heard (it was like the words were out in my head, it wasn’t out loud) “In one year” and I also heard “medical” too so I’m concerned. And then it showed an image of my grandma’s body and I felt a very bizarre energy. There wasn’t anything wrong with her physically but spiritually/emotionally she was very sick. It was sad.
Usually I don’t see things like that though. I see places or strange creatures or faces.
