i used to see visions of a grey alien that told the future, wtf is that about??

i was visited by grey aliens before. And i also saw them around some people at church.
you know this might be weird but that’s kinda cool that your hallucination talks, I have either visual or auditory, I never had one that was both that I can think of anyway. I’m trying to think of one…no that’s cool in a strange way. Maybe it really was an alien lol

This a weird disease…what can i say
My visual hallucinations were kind of see through (thought they were ghosts/demons) but they did talk to me. A lot of times I didnt see anything but I thought I was telepathically speaking to ghosts.
Most of the things I see are ordinary things like my cats. Sometimes out of place, sometimes in likely places, just that they are not actually there. They never make any noise or talk to me. I guess things are different for everyone.
I had a hallucination beat me up before. I beat her up too. We were beating each other up. I even felt the punches.
I have only had hallucinations touch me when I have been under the influence of drugs.
My trouble is I was not under the influence of drugs. Psychiatric drugs.
I sometimes see visions when i meditate and close my eyes. One time i saw a vision of sitting in a dark forest kindling a fire at a campsite. A spirit made of white light did something to the fire and the fire grew and exploded. Then i was back in this world.
these visions, what can i say, they are amazing to me. i have saw things while watching programs , for example a snake coiled around my body, a moment after the program goes into talking about snakes! so if i could just imagine the lottery numbers now!
my visions didnt talk per say but showed me things like , i was always trying to get them to show me more. i kept for two weeks getting a vision of a pair of alien eyes staring at me, if i focused on it i would see a grey aliens face, but if i imagined it was like a close up pair of nostrils it would turn into that instead, so it was like i was guiding the vision with my imagination.
i envisioned a far away object, so i imagined throwing a basketball at it , and it turned into , i could see clear as day, a basket ball going into a hoop. this was a leap forward in communication between me and wherever these visions were coming from!
i also have saw rooms, where if i move my head around its like i am in the vision and using a virtual reality headset and can look around the room. other times it was like random images. i seen spiders a lot, once i had my eyes closed and started to see a spider, opened my eyes and a spider was there beside me on the wall, i had missed it before. i dont want to sound weird but if i listened to some music and envisioned a girl i liked, i would start to see people doing it lol
i started to believe this alien i was seeing was showing me the visions for some reason, due to seeing the fuuture, and tried envisioning lottery numbers but its hard, numbers get mixed up a lot,
i have no idea where the visions have came from in the past, could be a 5th dimensional entity, or could also be my own psychotic mind. what do you guys think?
