I found this to be an interesting video. It talks about the different vaping technologies out there at the moment. I use ‘above ohm’ vaping technology and I’ve been off real cigarettes for well over 6 months (lost count)

I would have fallen off the wagon if I had real cigarettes in the house. I was fine for about 6 months, then got cravings out of nowhere for real cigarettes. As bill hicks once said, the hook runs deep with cigarettes.
But the craving passed, it was just a bit of a shock to have them appear out of no where after that length of time.
I am usually ok but if I see someone cool in a movie smoking I get a real urge for a cigarette.
The trigger for me seemed to be when I got into a bad-ish mental state. But it was definitely a physical craving. There’s a 1000 ways cigarettes can worm their way back into your life.
Not having them in the house is a good defence though.
I quit smoking for 8 months before picking it up again just last week, and I saved around 7k+ AUD
I’ve just been having a rollie cigarette with a coffee or cappuccino a few times a day and that’s it.
But when I’m in doors or craving when I feel I’ve had to many I start vaping again. so I’m doing both.
I ran out of smokes a few days ago and vaped and didn’t feel any withdrawals until today when I bought another pouch… if it ever gets to the point where I’m spending 5k+ AUD a year on smokes again I’ll go straight back to heavy vaping but I kind of enjoy my cigarettes right now even though they kill. In some weird sense it gives me structure in my day in day out routine of being in and around the house and not venturing much further out. It actually gets me out doors under the sun instead of sitting in chair.
I had the istick 20watt than the threading broke so i bought a MVP 3.0 it does well with the nautilus mini tank. I DIY my juice btw its cheaper than chips.

I found the nautilus not to be very good for giving up cigarettes. The iclear30s was the tank that helped me quit, in ‘above ohm’ land.
I have the nautilus with a variable voltage mechanical mod @15watts
Is the best I have used. My local place where I have coffee allows them indoors too.
I am a non smoker, I see these things in restaurants. They smell nicer than tobacco but I don’t want to breath this ■■■■ 2nd hand either! Non smokers should unite soon over this and ban this stuff too, it’s nasty in my opinion.

If you think of it in a restaurant full of people you are breathing in second hand air all the time. With an ecig you just see it.
But tbh I agree with you that they shouldn’t be allowed in restaurants.

I see people sucking on those things more and more but never have seen a cloud like in the video or from a tobacco cigarette.
