Dad smoked a pipe. I quit the smokes last October. Every once in awhile it gets difficult - like now. Sometimes, stress makes me want to smoke again. But, I think tobacco makes adults unnecessarily dependent and thus given to a short temper. I’m usually glad I quit.
The electronic cigarette is a valuable resource but if you already quit nicotine keep it that way!

I just can’t kick vaping. I recently tried lozenges and ran into problems with them. I’m a mess right now enduring Geodon withdrawals and I can’t read worth a ■■■■ so I just vape and fail at going to sleep and honesty vaping saved my ass. I was having a horrible time quitting smokes and then I tried a disposable ecig and then I got a kit, kept doing aerobic exercise and ended up back in the shape I was in at 19. Twenty pull ups, 19:45 three mile, sit-ups incessantly. Basic military fitness goals achieved. Now I box instead of run because of the heat, but I love running in the spring, winter and fall. All while vaping. Like seriously, vaping the equivalent of a pack a day on a bad day and still have cardio on point.
I do a lot of advanced calisthenics and some lifting for back and shoulders as they are important for fighting (background in fighting). Traps and delts are paramount to fighting.
Ecig is where it’s at.

Man everybody vaping and I’m going oldschool…switched to a plain old pipe and I like it, it’s satisfying in a way nothing other than cigarettes have ever been (save for maybe great sex but that just leads to requiring a good smoke after lol)
Yep, it’s sub ohm! More precisely a herakles plus tank reading at 0.4 ohm. Bought some 0.2 coils the other day, still to be tested. Really low stuff lol

Yes, sub ohm too. Innokin isubG tank. I have to replace the coils every week though.
Really? My coils are lasting me at least three weeks! It may be because I’m not really that demanding with flavour, as long as it doesn’t taste like burnt cotton I’ll vape it, but have you considered rebuilding your own coils? I think that tank has an RBA!

I definitely don’t want to get into RBA , but I might consider switching tank at some point.
