i smoked a pack a day for 20 years and 2 years ago i quit smoking cigs and started vaping. I absolutley love vaping and while i think it is not as bad as smoking cigs its still not good for me. Im thinking of quiting vaping in November when i turn 40 in an effort to get healthier but i know its going to be really hard. Anyone else have a serious nicotine habit???
I vape occasionally when I start craving a cigarette, but I use zero nicotine liquid. So no habit, just helps my anxiety and cravings. I haven’t smoked in almost 5 years but I still crave them. Usually when waiting for the bus since that’s when I used to smoke the most.
I smoke cigarette sized cigars. They call em’ little cigars theres only like 4 different brands of them though which is kinda

I vape hard core, I vape most of the day. Practically chain smoking levels of nicotine probably.

I know they’re unhealthy, but it’s something I have pretty much always done since being teenager. I did try vaping once but didn’t like the taste.
i vape all day too Raven09. In fact i hate it when i have to leave the house and go some place where i cant vape
I vape all day and now have nicotine lozenges for those moments when you can’t vape, like in a doctor’s office etc.
I also vape.
My health has improved since I replaced smoking cigarettes with vaping.
Yeah I start to crave vaping whenever I’m in a no vape zone. Especially if I see smokers and I don’t have my vape.
I have an ecig that I use occasionally with zero nicotine.
I’m trying to get off of nicotine. For over a week now I’ve been smoking just a couple Black & Mild cigars per day, and otherwise using nicotine gum. I bought a small pack of nicotine lozenges just yesterday, too. Soon I need to go off of smoke altogether. Then I can think about weaning myself off of the gum and lozenges. Need to do this, for my health and for financial reasons.

I smoke roll your own cigarettes. My smoking has increased in the past couple of months and I now consider myself a heavy smoker at approximately 15 smokes per day.
I self sabotage when I try to quit. Same as when I go on a diet. I don’t know why I do it, it’s disheartening.
Yeah, I was up to around 30/day, out of control.
I quit smoking in 2012. I have since thought about vaaping… but that’s just crazy after not smoking for so long
I wasn’t going to quit smoking but then I read some research that nicotine helps a little bit with schiz symptoms so instead I bought a vape and vape 3-6mg nicotine juice. Probably going to continue doing that for awhile. At least I’m not smoking anymore (okay I have a cigar from time to time still)
