An update on progress
Im still going strong each morning Ive up it to 2 hours fast pace walking
Everyone that knows me is saying Ive dropped a lot of weight,
My clothes are a lot looser
I will buy a scales when Ive reached my target weight of 12 and a half stone
I don’t miss the beer even though I did enjoy it…but I am enjoy this more which brings good health…
Keep the faith and stay safe…

That’s great Pedro. Even just cutting out the alcohol can help you loose weight drastically. But exercise on top of that is even better.
Im off it since new years day I am much better without it and started new diet and exercising 17 days ago

Great job!!! That’s awesome!!! But having a scale now would be more beneficial because you can see how eating certain foods affect you as well as how exercise affects you. It can be an eye opener for sure

I was using my 38’’ waist in jeans size as a way of tracking weight loss
they were tight before i started now there loose,
my long term aim and goal is a 32’’ waist line

Are you still losing weight?
I’m in a weight loss plateau after losing 75 pounds. But my legs and waist have gotten smaller so I probably lost fat and gained muscle.
Yea expected, I am also on a plateau
