I’m really happy I lost 4 lbs in a week! I weigh myself every Sunday morning and I’m down 4 lbs since last Sunday! Really proud of myself! My mind is blown! I can’t believe it! If I keep losing weight at this rate I’ll be at my target weight in 6 months! So excited! Only downside is almost none of my clothes fit lol! When I hit my goal weight I’m buying a new wardrobe!

@Loke I started just counting calories I was hungry a lot I cut out sweets (don’t have sugar cravings anymore) I eat mainly yogurt (low sugar high protein) or cottage cheese for breakfast and dinner and have meat and veggies for lunch

Lol yea. It’s funny you commented now cause I just put new batteries in my scale and weighed myself not 5 minutes ago. I’m sitting at 210 right now which is not bad. Gained 5 pounds over the past two months which isn’t bad for a winter gain.

Same dude! The best I’ve ever looked in my life is when I got a gym membership tho. As much as I say I’ll workout at home it just doesn’t happen. Having a membership just makes it that much more enjoyable.
Also just an FYI, they say so long as you hit a good protein intake, diet isn’t so hard so maybe focusing on that can help.
