Yeah you kind of build tolerance pretty quickly. Sleep hygiene, morning routine, night routine. Sunlight early in the morning and no blue light at night to set your circadian rythem. Exercise so you feel tired. Failings that Melatonin/Magnesium/Apigenin. Then antihistamines ect.
Melatonin and exercise helps me. Taking a 2hr nap in the day helps me also because my eyes get rested from the phone screen, it calms me down and I feel rested so I have less anxiety about less sleep at night.
@FreeLunch im wondering the same thing. But I do feel calm. I just am having trouble falling and staying asleep. So I’m leaning towards insomnia. I did finally manage to get a good night’s sleep last night so I’m happy about that.
