I just tried L theanine for about a week for my anhedonia. Didn’t worked at all. Now what is the next thing I should try.

Uridine, citicoline etc can help as it improves dopamine receptor density. Another thing which is useful for anhedonia is zinc. Zinc citrate form is best is it not stimulate much like other forms. Do consult with your doc before trying especially if on ap.
I would try a multivitamin and mineral, and a amino acid complex. And maybe a herb like Fo-Ti or Bacopa which can be beneficial for mood.
Try black beans and potatoes. It is making a huge differnece for me after reading the starch solution book.

You can contact a psychiatrist, I will bet with you the answer you will get is to lower your ap unless you are already on minimum effective dosage.
