I have many DVD movies I could watch, somehow has no motivation, I think I start sleeping early, just another usual Friday night, I never go to any restaurants or bars, there is a health event in one square tomorrow, I think I’ll ride my bicycle there.

Same here. Mondays I long for the weekend and then when it comes I have nothing to do. I bought a book today (shitty job but at least it pays) so I guess I will read, it looks interesting

I started sleeping early yesterday, now I woke up in this morning and I felt good, I just had my breakfast, took meds and vitamins, drinking coffee, put my eye drops, it seems that today will be a sunny day, I’ll ride my bicycle a lot today.

We must live almost exactly on other sides of the planet. We share waking hours here, for me, in late morning to very early afternoon.

Last night I slept 11 hours, I felt good when I woke up, somehow my brain was refreshed, I went to ride my bicycle early in the morning, I rode 14 kilometers in this morning, and then there was ‘a well being event’ and many operators were communicating how we could increase our well-being, and then there was an event at the church where I was able to review some old church books from the 1820s, the handwriting was different then, I also got a new New Testament and Psalms, which was good, so my morning was good, somehow good sleeping can make all the difference.
My father died in the beginning of January in this year. There will be his burial in May. I became a little depressed after his death, but now I have overcome this depression. Life goes on.
