I can relate with the anger. I was angry as hell a couple days ago and could not tell you why. I ended up going to a day program at my clinic and feel quite a bit better. It was crazy. My mom also told me she was having anger issues around the same time as me. Idk hang in there cause mine has alleviated for now. Maybe something has been going on.

@ericsbat It might be triggered by a recent tinder date that raped me but I’m not thinking about it I just feel so angry and scared

Damn I’m sorry. That would be really hard for anyone. Makes sense that you feel angry and scared and worried about something bad happening. I don’t have any advice other than talk to a professional. I believe even if you’re not thinking about it it can still affect you whether it’s easy to connect to the incident or not. Maybe read up online on some steps you can take from here. I have no idea about what you could do.

Don’t be sorry I was being promiscuous cause I was manic I made a stupid choice going in his car even after family told me to stop with dating apps I told my therapist today it kinda helped and tommrow I will tell my psychiatrist

Crazy yeah. I’ve thought about dating apps but idk. Glad you’re getting help.

Night time is always hard for me, too. Everything is bad and that all I can think about. Usually I try to get sleep and feel better in the morning. I hope you can try to sleep.

I’m sorry that happened to you. I know how hard that is to deal with. Hang in there. See a therapist who specializes in that type of trauma. It takes time to work through, but it’s worth it
