Hugs to you. I know you and your case manager aren’t on great terms, but could you ask her to get you some extra therapy? Talking things out with a professional helps me with stress.
You always sound clear-headed Wave. I’m sorry you are going through a really stressful time. You have a plan of action already formulating in your mind though, I respect that immensely. I know it’s not easy, especially living with your parents, elderly parents I’m sure is ever harder. I hope you can find something that you enjoy, to take your mind of of things until you see your pscyh. Hang in there wave. peace and love my friend
I’m so sorry to hear you’re going through this @Vertigo. Caring for sick and elderly parents is very stressful. And not just one but two! Thats hard on anybody. But when you have a severe MI it’s almost impossible. Pr-yers out for you.
Thinking of you @Vertigo. I looked after one elderly parent for a time and it was extremely challenging - and that was even before my diagnosis of Schizophrenia. I hope your situation looks much brighter for you soon.
