I’d say when it got dark. Most of the time I don’t feel lonely.Or I block out the feeling . I’m generally quite asocial.
@firemonkey Maybe try watching something amusing or uplifting? It may help a little or even a lot. I have recently taken to watching things on Netflix most evenings and I think without that distraction I’d be in an even worse state.

I’m sorry you’re feeling fearful and depressed @firemonkey. Can you turn all the lights on in your apartment to brighten things up a bit?
Lights are on . Living room light is not that bright.

Thanks all. Woke up Feeling brighter. Just wish I didn’t wake up every morning physically feeling like I’ve I’ve been kicked in the small of the back.
