As in birthday party! J/k. I am a little too old for a birthday party. In all seriousness today is my birthday.

What’s up everyone?!

I have lived a good life so far, in spite of my illness and other problems I face. My faith has kept me grounded, as well as staying away from drugs, not drinking, and staying med compliant.

For all those out there who are losing hope I just want to reach out and tell you there is hope. Just hang in there and listen to your doctors. Keep fighting the good fight.

Hahaha aww don’t feel bad @flameoftherhine I’ve had days like that also. (In regards to forgetting things).

This b-day is definitely one of the better ones. In the military I spent a lot of birthdays by myself and talking to my Mom, long distance.

Thank you @brugluiz. Yes, I believe we can live good and fulfilled lives. It is not an easy road. But one we must travel nonetheless. And I am by no means perfect, or a saint. I still have days where I kind of let everything get to me.

Yeah, I have these days as well. When I have a bad day, I try to stay calm and remember me that good days are coming.

That’s the best thing to do. Remain positive. I have done so many stupid things when I was an alcoholic. But the thing is we’re given so many chances in life to start again.
