It’s my birthday tomorrow but I’m home alone hallucinating. My family are all in another part of the UK celebrating Christmas and I’m home hallucinating persecution and feeling rock bottom about myself, stressed out. Why does this illness never improve?

Thanks Minnie. My family live in Bath and my Dad is visiting from London. I’m in Hertfordshire and due to hallucinating so much persecution from them I decided not to go… I couldn’t face it.
