Yeah, six hours and thirty three minutes ago I became an adult. Its been nothing but stress and depression. I can no longer keep up with myself.
My so called father forgot my birthday again as well. Oh well…
I still lack medical care for treatment, its killing me. It really is.
When I got home I was really upset so I ignored everyone because I didn’t feel like speaking. I got me a drink and sat down just to find my headset was broken. I got a new pair though, my grandfather got them for me.
Right now I’m sitting here extremely upset. No end in sight.
Sorry that happened especially during what should be one of the milestone birthdays. Slowly learning this myself It’s up to each of us to be responsible for our own happiness So nothing says you can’t spoil yourself for it. Some people try to make the entire week rather then just the day a big celebration that they organise themselves. Some of the cheaper things we tend to neglect to spoil ourselves things like get a new different haircut, A long soak in a bubble bath. Manicure etc some of these can also be done by a friend or family member to save money My best advise is try not to be spiteful on it and just have fun and spoil yourself as It is a time to celebrate you. Anyway I hope the week improves for you.

Happy Birthday!! Although it is turning out not to be that great, don’t lose hope! Things really do get better as you get older. I’m 30 now and finally getting my life in order. I have one more year of school, my boyfriend is awesome, and I have a car that has a radio and AC (my car that died didn’t). This illness still gets me, I got out of the hospital last week, but it’s better then it was four years ago or 17 years ago. Hang in there!
Oh, I should have been specific on the drink. Its just a normal mountain dew. Could have gotten an alcoholic beverage if requested but chose not to. Promised a friend I’d quit. I understand how it could be mistaken.

I come from a very poor family, with just enough to scrape by and afford internet so we can have some entertainment. Can’t have any sort of big celebration, those require people who like the person celebrating.
Due to how I’ve been affected people tend to keep their distance.
I’m sorry you had such a bummer of an 18th birthday. I hope things get better for you. I’m glad you are looking into options to get out of that place. Good luck and glad you’re 18 now.

It seems most my family forgot, as if I never existed to them. Including the person who I once called my father… I don’t like thinking of him as my father because of all he’s done. Yeah he got me this computer I’m on now but he’s also one of the main reasons I’m stuck with the psychotic issues I have now. No material possession can heal the issues inside.
