I know it’s mentioned for it’s potential against symptoms, however my reason for trying is that it possibly can help insomnia.

It’s a bit hard to aquire it I found. Not many companies offer this supplement.

If anyone is interested it did not work for insomnia in my case. I actually slept worse than I usually do.

Coincidentally, I tried 600mcg of vitamin b7 (biotin) yesterday and had the best night’s sleep ever. I actually woke up refreshed.

I tried biotin before, but made no difference in my case. B-vitamins make me alert in therapeutic doses.
