I started taking 300 mg yesterday morning almost felt normal in the evening… i have lyme too.
Day 2 symptoms seems decreased!!!
Lyme disease? Wow that must be really tough bro… ive been bitten by some ticks before when i was homeless i hope i dint have it. Do you feel tired a lot? I imagine b vitamins would help with that
Yes always tired. Brain fog. Some sort of depression
Im sorry you got “bitten” too
I see bro sorry to hear. Hows it going today?
I take 200mg daily together with multi B. I’m pretty sure it helps out to make me feel more normal too.
Normal in what way
Is it good for depression and anxiety
I was bitten several times and im positive for having an infection, (but not ongoing anymore when they test me, i have antidbodies after a passed infection).
I eat Vitamin B every day and have been that for several years, mostly because i in period drink too much alcohol and alcohol depletes Vitamin B.
depression, anxiety, motivation, mood
B vitamin’s are good for anyone with poor mental health, which is what we have.
I am prescribed vitamin B Strong Compound to take with my medication. I’m on loads of meds.
It is also very good for your memory and increases alertness.
Ask your doctor for, Vitamin B Strong Compound.
Two 3 x a day.

I think B1 is a bit similar to B3. It helps calm down intrusive thoughts and makes the mind quiet and stable. B3 is probably best towards this goal, but taking several B-vitamins gives a synergistic effect.
B1 might be a good alternative for those who are concerned with liver damadge which could possibly happen with consistant use of high doses of B3.
Been taking B for years. Still need my APs.
yeah me too te AP part :!
Yes. For my part I use it as a add-on to meds although I have heard anecdotal stories of people who manage to use it alone. Maybe it is a good option as nutritional support if one ever came in a position to be so stable for a long time that trying to go off drugs is a viable option.
I think it’s a case of finding as many pieces to the health puzzle as you can. Exercise, better diet, vitamins, the select few supplements that work, therapy if you can, and meds as prescribed.
