I’ve been really needing one and circumstances led up to me knowing the time was right and I did a little looking around and found what I think is a good one. It has a lot of minerals in it and vitamin D3 too. I just started taking B vitamins and I’m already noticing a difference in my energy and mood. I’m looking forward to these and hope they’re worth the money.

I too have made quite a journey from really poor health both mental and physical to a significant improvement after starting supplementing.
The AP’s definitly messes up a lot of processes in the brain which in turn affects the whole body. Supplementing is a way of combating that.

For keeping away intrusive thoughts: D-vitamin and Niacin.
For my overall health: Medical mushrooms like for example reishi and chaga and any gabaergic herb(herbs that modify/interact with gaba receptors in the brain) like for example licorice, vervain or lemon balm.
B vitamins and D3 really help me. I have a deficiency in d3, like almost rickets territory. My doc was upset.
D3 is very important in the body. They’re finding out more things it helps all the time.
B vitamins I get from nutritional yeast. I also take vitamin D and it lifts my mood.
