Today I started the diet

your right… even 1lb (.5kg) per day is insane. 1 lb would be the maximum i would ever do. Even when i eating nothign but 1 cups of oatmeal a day back in the day, i was only losing max 1lb a day and was walking for hours. 2.2 lbs (1kg) is near impossible or a starvation diet. Maybe a temporary fix but i would never do that. generally speaking the slower you lose weight the more statistically likley you are to keep it off. unless your morbidly obese and the risk of staying at like 500lbs is more dangerous than the risk of the diet, and youre going for surgery or something, 1kg a day is insane.

to lose 1lb of body fat you have to burn 3500 calories… so to lose a kg per day youd have to burn 7700 calories per day… My calorie expendature for a day is 2500 calories… even if i ate zero, nothing every day for 3 days i wouldnt even loose 7700 calories (1kg).

lol i heard cyclists burn insaaane amounts of calories on like the tour de france and such. cycling is one of the best cardio exercises cause its also low impact so you can do it for longer amounts of time.

So, how much weight is healthy to lose ? I weight about 240 pounds or 120 Kg by 1.70 cm. The math is 1.70 cm minus hundred is approximately the ideal weight.

sorry i dont mean to discourage you… but i wouldnt expect any more than 1lb per day… depends on your weight… if you dotn mind me asking how much do you weigh? even 1lb per day is alot and not recommended and can be dangerous… but personally ive done it before so i know its possible especially at heigher weights. For example people who are morbidly obese say 400-500 lbs they can lose 1lb a day very easily maybe even 1.5 or more. The more you weigh the faster your body burns calories.

Maybe you overread it, it’s 1 Kg a week. It was a mistake I couldn’t correct anymore. 2.205 pounds a week.

That sounds a lot better. Glad to hear you’re not risking your health with something too extreme.

Today is my second day of my diet. I had only one shake so far. I already make other stuff than the just two serves of vegetables. For example I eat an avocado and some olives instead today. I go easier on the water as my kidneys started to hurt.

Today is the third day of my diet, I had only one shake so far, that is about four hours ago. I drink coffee, white, with one teaspoon of sugar sometimes. I am not feeling hungry.
Later I eat a serve of vegetables and put some butter on it, instead of a tablespoon of kitchenoil.
I can feel the change in my diet.

When I was getting up this morning I felt like fainting. I drank a shake and done my business. Later I still feel like fainting and ate a chicken roll. I don’t know with the overdose of medications. Anyway they say the medication is dosed on seize as well, but attempts following a healthy diet gets kind of sabotaged with the medication.

Like I said, you should tell your physical and mental doctor about a new diet before going on it.

I thought I lost 40 pounds but then i found the dumbbells under the bags of cheetos :sob: i like cheetos :face_holding_back_tears: hehehehe

On a serious note you shouldnt lose more than a 2 or 3 pounds a week if you want ut to be sustainable.

Have you considered hula hooping to Kesha with nothing but ankle weights on? @LevelJ1 went from 485lb to looking like Christian Bale in the machinist in 12 minutes using just this technique.

What can the doctors do, I am not really friends with them ?

I can’t exercise due to the medication.

It only takes 12 minutes

I change my unhealthy diet to a balanced diet around.
