Saw my nutritionist just now

I just spent an hour with a medical nutritionist. He’s also a bodybuilder.

Anyway, he said my eating is great and my knowledge is quite advanced.

He answered all my questions and gave me tips.

He put my weight loss in perspective- turns out, I’m losing an average of one pound (.45 kg) per week which is good.

I’m right where I want to be.

I even confessed to my drinking Coke Zero, and sometimes eating a 140 calorie ice cream sandwich at night, plus pizza once per week.

He said no problem! I’m still doing well. Yay!!!

Sounds good. Losing slowly is healthy.

Not beeing too rigid probably makes it easier to commit.
