There was this woman who looked just like my ex walk past my house an hour ago.
She walked into a car that’s just sitting there parked on the side of the road by my house.
I think that there’s another lady sitting in the car with her.
There’s another suspicious car that’s tagging along.
I’m getting anxious about it.
She’s fukking unstable.

Probably just a look alike. I thought I saw my ex on the bus a while ago. But she doesn’t live in my city, so not very likely.

Just got to reason with yourself. If it really was her she wouldn’t sit in a car like some agent. She would have approached you for whatever reason. Relax 
If I said I that they’d send me to the psych ward. Seriously I hope things improve for you and that if it is her she’ll leave you alone. I did once probably hallucinate several women looking about the same in the same area who looked like a woman or women from my past. However I really imagined having a relationship with them more than I really did. It doesn’t happen any more like it used to as my delusions have faded away.
I think I know why I’ve been feeling more stressed out and paranoid lately.
I’ve been getting less sleep and I’ve been drinking tons of coffee lately, plus I’ve stopped taking Klonopin everyday.
I’m getting real paranoid, I might contact my doctor.
I don’t want to lose insight because if I do I’m in trouble

Yeah a third truck is now parked by my house too.
I don’t want to alarm you but you sound like I did when I first got sick and hospitalized after a suicide attempt.
Are you sure this is happening? If the paranoia gets too bad call someone.
I tried doing that the night in question but had no cell service and my home phone didn’t work either. I thought the government had cut them all off.
But I unplugged the modem earlier in the day to cut the grass and forgot to plug it back in afterwards. That’s why the home phone didn’t work.
Severe paranoia is dangerous.
Be careful. Call someone. Maybe the crisis line.
I think I’m going to contact my psychiatrist, it’s getting real bad and I don’t want to lose insight.
