Thought I saw my ex wife walk past my house

Oh my God @Turtle44!
A tow truck just showed up!
The woman was having car trouble!
You were right!

I feel so stupid now!

I’m still talking to my psychiatrist

I was extremely paranoid.

The hell if I’m going inpatient @anon4362788

Ain’t going to happen

Great news buddy, but you were right about being bit paranoid.

Yeah but I took it to the extreme buddy

I was getting paranoid of every car driving down my street.

I’m still going to talk to her though

Maybe I need to remain on Klonopin

I took one a few minutes ago

I said I would be thinking about it. Not to go.

Oh I thought you meant my pdoc is thinking about it

Hugs, Wave. Have you ever done any talk therapy specifically focused on surviving domestic violence? I know the resources out there are mostly for women, so it might be hard to find. But your spiral there reminded me more of when Mr. Star sees a car that looks like his ex girlfriend’s car. It did not remind me of your usual psychosis spirals.

Thanks @Ninjastar
No I have a therapist but we don’t discuss the abuse I experienced with my ex.
Maybe I should

Thanks again

I also get paranoid with cars parked right outside my house. I sometimes think their criminals watching my house to see if it’s a good option to break into at night.

Or I think they are drug dealers.

Paranoia sucks.

Yes I’m sorry @TheCanuk
It does suck

It can be hit or miss. I know that even for myself, I had to mark myself as female to get access to domestic violence therapy resources. Mr. Star only gets good PTSD therapy because he is a war veteran.
