I scared him enough to make him quit smoking cold turkey. Something he’s been unable to do since the heart attack a year ago. But I guess he was feeling that bad that he needed to quit right now. I’m really proud of him. And that means…I’m quitting too…Yeah! There’s like 2 cigarettes left and then that’s it, no more.

This date chose me. I had no idea my ex would get sick and suddenly decide to quit. It’s a dream come true. Good riddance to smoking as far as I’m concerned. I hate it.

well I am just going to be relieved I don’t have the overhead of buying cigs anymore…plus my health is scaring me I have a raspy exhale at the bottom of my exhale and it scares me …

I’m sorry. I have asthma and also have a raspy exhale sometimes, I know it’s scary. Don’t worry it will go away soon .You’ll be breathing better in no time.
