Hate it I can only stay in my room the tv oh man there messing with peoples minds reading there thoughts know what there thinking and i’m Only one here who knows the truth I can’t go in my bathroom cause there is a camera behind my mirror what the hell do I do please what’s going on
Those are delusions.
Nobody can read your mind, and nobody has a camera behind your mirror.
Nobody wants to spend their energy messing with you.
It sounds like you need to contact your doctor or nurse and discuss your paranoia

I don’t know about it being a Delusion but how do I cope with it i’m on a ward at the moment and the Nursing Office is next to a tv I can’t stand being around it and the staff don’t believe me
No one is reading your mind! No one wants to watch you in the bathroom for sure! Unless you have the Numbers in your head to the powerball or lottery no one wants to read your mind! Delusions and paranoia are what’s going on. You need to call your pdoc and get help.

Can you get good sleep over there? Maybe ask for something to calm you down
It’s a common delusion and it’s a sign you’re not well.
The reason the staff won’t believe you is because they know it’s a delusion.
I don’t know how to deal with it, other than try not to think too much about it and go about your life.

I wasn’t allowed to have my phone in the ward or use a computer. I guess you have a better facility then I did!
They are delusions, I have had similar delusions also in the past, well a long time ago, you’ll be okay, they are just delusions.
I know that feel. Its weird that i havent gotten that feeling in quite a while. Probably the meds doing their work.
Pretty sure its a delusion though. Itll pass at some point
