I think we really are in the matrix I’ve had some surreal coincidences that makes me think we are! I know some people will call this a delusion and that’s all good I wish it was… This illness really opens the mind and makes us think differently matrix, Truman show you decide…
I think it’s best to leave the nature of reality to philosophers. It’ll drive you crazy otherwise. I think we should just learn to deal with the here and now.

Delusions are harsh. The matrix was a movie. Only exists in Hollywood. Never seen Truman show but from what I have read I used to have that too. Sometimes still do.
I thought all the patients in my first hospitalization were actors. That trip made me delusional if I wasn’t already.

I sometimes wonder if I am in the matrix. I was thinking something like that just a few days ago, but I think it would make a lot more sense if the keepers of the matrix were using our brains for information processing power, rather than our whole bodies for energy.

Even if we are in the matrix I can’t do a thing about it and just hope something good comes my way after death because am suffering. everyday is a struggle just to make it to bed time then rinse and repeat next day I feel like am in hell. Hate my life
The Matrix was written by two trans women, and was a metaphor for trying to live as the wrong gender in a society that’s grown very fake and superficial, and then finally finding a group that helps you discover who you truly are. The whole movie is about being trans.
The movie is about real life we are in the matrix or something really sinister is going on how can you explain the tv talking to you the signs outside license plates bus posters theirs just too many coincidences to pass it of as just a coincidence I wish it was but something weird is happening and not figured it out yet

Yes, you’re hallucinating your tv talking to you. I highly recommend turning off the TV because it seems to be a trigger for you.
It’s tempting to believe there’s another world somewhere else, one where your current problems don’t exist. But it doesn’t. Your problems are going to stick around until you deal with them yourself. Are you in therapy? Therapy really helped me make this world a good one for me to live in, so I stopped looking for a way out.
