Has anyone ever gone to the fridge and just started eating cheese on its own without anything else?
Asking me to pick a favorite cheese is like asking me to choose a favorite child, I love them all so much. But this is a good one made in Southern Oregon…
I’ll make my own cheese sometimes. You just need a big pot, a liquid thermometer, whole milk (not ultra pasteurized), fine cheese cloth, and an acid like a bit of lime juice to separate the whey and boom…cheese.
But store bought I love Limburger cheese. It smells like azz but oh so creamy and yummy.
I prefer milder to stronger tasting cheeses. I mostly buy spreadable cheese or cheese slices to go with crackers, crispbread etc .
I love cheese too but for some very odd reason I only usually eat Velveeta or Kraft cheese slices. HMmm? You guys are making me re think my game.
