Strong blues, creamy soft baked Brie, sharp chedders, Love em.

Have a few cheese shops in my area. I love taking a day trip to shops!

my favorite might be Swiss. I’m close to the Amish country, so we stock up on it when we go there. They make damn good Swiss cheese
