BMI is inaccurate and misleading. If you want, you can use calipers in different part of the body to estimate your fat %

Btw, I think every non trained person male or female would look better with a bit more of muscle mass…

Good job. Honestly when I first started just going was the goal. 15 minutes on the machine became 20, then 30, then 40, 50, and now an hour. It took me about a year to improve that much but if you keep going it will happen to you too.

I’m gonna start resting in squat position some minutes a day. I have very poor general mobility due to years of inactivity…

Thanks @StarCrazy. Keeping going is a difficult thing but I think if I keep going until a certain mile stone it will motivate me. And just how I feel after should also encourage it.
