Ive been power walking about 3kms daily for the last month. Its been helpjng me lose some weight
I’m trying to get back into moving again. Seems I get dedicated and lose motivation quick. Today I did some hula hooping
I just started walking, I do about 3/4 mile twice a day cuz I don’t have any stamina yet, my knees hurt to do more. I need to restart my swimming but don’t feel ready yet…I guess “ready” is when I actually get my arse moving!
I did my evening walk. I did extra 1.2 km today because I walked to buy lunch.
Is this during doing work?

I start my week on the Sunday so my workouts move from there. This week I need to do way more core and crunches. Like been eating well and off the booze but my stomach is still huge. It has come down a bit this year so I know I can do it…just have to start.
I can hold a plank for a minute so will see how progress goes from there. So this week. Weights. Ride/run and crunches/core. What are your goals this coming week?

Do you walk slowly? Because I am thinking that 275 mins should be more than the 8.23 km your fitness app is reporting.
Yea I walk pretty slowly still. A lot of the time I’m on my phone texting or on the forum etc while I walk so the pace isn’t that fast.
20 minute treadmill run in the books, feeling good.

I did my evening walk. I wash the dishes. I tidy the place. I took out the garbage. I feel great.

For how long did you walk for?
I walk 2.3 km and .7 km in the morning and 2.3 km in the evening for a total of 5.3 km and 90 minutes for the day.
