The bests diet

This is what I’ve been eating daily and have lost weight but I’m a little worried about the processed food. I don’t know what to eat instead.

4 hard boiled eggs
2 chicken breasts
2 bananas
Hummus and Carrots
2 chicken sausage
4 turkey bacon
Peanut butter
Yogurt
Protein shake

It depends on the focus of your diet? If it’s losing weight and it’s working for you then stick with it. I don’t see much processed food either. If you stop losing weight, maybe cut out the bananas or go down to one, as they are packed with sugar and starches which can inhibit the weight loss process. On the plus side, they are one of the best sources of potassium.

are you working out as well, or just watching what you’re eating?

haha Just walking.

I started working out last week (just push ups and some light upper body stuff with dumbbells) and started watching what I was eating (a lot more salads) and I’m down some pounds too. I also walk my dog every day

Yeah I might mix in some push up and sit ups. I was told I was too large to run but I hold weight fairly well. I’m glad you are doing good @anon49063606

no way I can start running/jogging haha I hate that. But walking and lifting some weights should do the trick
