Varied fruits and veggies, including green. Try to get them in different colors. Skip the sausage and bacon. Add fish, like salmon once a week and other fish like tuna is good regularly, and grass fed low fat beef is good. Also make sure to drink 8-10 glasses of water per day
I"m mostly off Risperdal and my joints feel a lot better.
Nice, I’ve been on latuda and vraylar for awhile now. I find the vraylar gives me some energy. No real side effects, either
I drink a ton of water. I was doing a lot of tuna so I’m sick of that. Not into salmon. Any other fish options? I will vary up my fruits and veggies thanks. Maybe I could just get rid of 1 of the sausage and bacon for now. Thanks @LilyoftheValley
My husband is a health freak body builder. He likes shrimp, cod, halibut and tuna. But we always buy wild caught fish. That’s important. Try eating actual nuts instead of peanut butter. Also add oats sometimes, and beans sometimes
Will do @LilyoftheValley. I’m allergic to shellfish though.
Do you like any other vegetables ?
Might be a good idea if u want
It might be nice to dip cherry tomatoes and cucumbers into the hummus.
That’s what hummus is for sounds yummy
Does Avocado count as a green vegetable?
I dunno. But they’re apparently good for your heart
Oh! Be careful then! Yikes.
Shellfish won’t kill me or anything. My throat just puffs up a little
.
How’s your diet going @anon90843118 we probably eat different things right?
No. But it’s a healthy fat for you so it’s still good in your diet.
okay thanks @LilyoftheValley
Avocados are a super food.
High in calories though.
But they contain the good kind of fats.
I think there is 300 calories in it. It tastes so good though. I just don’t buy them because of the price.
@TheBest
It’s been sheit today, I ate so much. I had lots of cheese and pretzels etc.
